Professional Headshots Rate

In-Studio Headshots – $325 per person

A 15-minute studio session in my Sudbury, Massachusetts studio that includes:

5 professionally finished digital images of your choice
Online proofing gallery available within 72 hours
Images licensed for personal and professional use, including LinkedIn, social media, websites, marketing materials, press releases, and print publications

After your session, you'll receive an online gallery where you can review your images and select your five favorites. Once your selections are made, your final digital files will be delivered for download.

A USB drive containing your selected images is available for an additional $95.

Outdoor Headshots – $375 per person

A 15-minute outdoor headshot session that includes:

5 professionally finished digital images of your choice
Online proofing gallery available within 72 hours
Images licensed for personal and professional use, including LinkedIn, social media, websites, marketing materials, press releases, and print publications

Outdoor sessions take place within 10 miles of Framingham or Sudbury and are weather permitting.

Please add $25 for sessions photographed at the Wayside Inn Grist Mill to cover the required permit fee.

Group and Corporate Headshots

When should I book a headshot photography session?

I recommend booking your headshot session at least 1–2 weeks in advance. If you need a headshot for a new job, LinkedIn profile, company website, marketing materials, acting audition, college application, or another upcoming opportunity, it's best to schedule your session as soon as possible.

If your current headshot no longer reflects how you look today, your role has changed, or your business has evolved, it may be time for an update. A current, professional headshot helps ensure you're making the best possible first impression.

I also understand that last-minute opportunities arise. Whether you've been asked to provide a headshot for an article, speaking engagement, company announcement, or audition, reach out as soon as possible and I may be able to fit you into my schedule.

What should I wear?

I recommend bringing a few different outfit options to your session. Having both professional and casual looks allows us to create a variety of images that can be used for different purposes, from LinkedIn and company websites to marketing materials and social media.

Choose clothing that fits well, reflects your personality, and makes you feel confident. Solid colors and simple patterns tend to photograph best, while large logos, busy patterns, and distracting graphics are usually best avoided.

If you're unsure what to wear, bring a few options and I'll be happy to help you choose the looks that will photograph best.

When will I see my images?

Your headshot proofs will be available to view online within 72 hours of your session. At that time, you'll be able to review the images and select your favorite headshot(s).

Once you've made your selections, I'll professionally finish the chosen images and send the final high-resolution digital files to you for download.
