How many of you remember riding a carousel horse for the first time as a child?  I still remember and I was in total awe that I could ride this magical horse as it spun around in a circle.
Now imagine have beautiful portraits created of your children in a fun and creative studio environment on a replica carousel horse?
Carousel Horse Studio Minis offer timeless portraits that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Children are loving this horse and mini session set.
It’s a perfect size for children ages 2-8 years old.

The session fee is $375 and includes a 20 minute session plus 5 digital images of your choice.
You will view your online proofs 7-10 days after your session.
You will make your selections online and a download gallery will be sent to you 24-48 hrs.
This is so you will receive your high resolution images quickly.
There is the option to upgrade to more digital images at a special rate after you view your images online.

*Clothing is not provided, clients must bring their own clothes for these sessions.*

The Carousel Horse Studio Minis are limited to 1-2 children per session.
Multiple siblings should book back-to-back sessions, so we have ample time to photograph everyone separately.

I had so much fun photographing this little guy as he celebrated his 1st birthday.
His mom was planning a “Where the Wild One’s Are” themed party which went perfectly with my Wild One outdoor set.
We started with some of my props and this adorable outfit ( which I have in multiple sizes up to 2T). Then his parents added some of their personal items and cake for him to get his first taste test. I think he approved.

It was so much fun to photograph this one year’s old cake smash session. I call this one… “Let’s Get Messy” and celebrate being one!  When I photograph one year old sessions do the cake smash part last, and you can see why. 🙂  So we started photographing her one of the many back drop options I have in the studio to capture her at one, her eyes and her adorable smile. Then it was time to have some fun, get messy and get our pink on. There was pink all over us and it was perfect!  It tasted really good too.  Here are many favorites from this one year old’s studio cake smash session.

Framingham Photographer Named Bronze Medalist at International Photographic Competition

Paula Ferazzi Swift owner of Paula Swift Photography, Inc. is honored by peers and jurors for high-quality photography.

Framingham, Massachusetts – Paula Ferazzi Swift a Framingham resident and owner of Paula Swift Photography, Inc. studio in Sudbury, Mass was named a Bronze Medalist during Professional Photographers of America’s 2018 International Photographic Competition. Swift’s work will be on display at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, Jan. 20-22, 2019. This International Photographic Exhibit is held in conjunction with Imaging USA, an annual convention and expo for professional photographers.

A panel of 32 eminent jurors from across the United States selected the top photographs from nearly 5,073 total submitted entries at Gwinnett Technical College in Georgia. Judged against a standard of excellence, 2,622 images were selected for the General Collection and 513 (roughly 10 percent) were selected for the esteemed Loan Collection—the best of the best. The Loan Collection images will all be published in the much-anticipated “Loan Collection” book and 365 selected General Collection images will be published in the “Showcase” book by Marathon Press. Two of Swift’s award-winning images were selected for the Showcase book; “Bear With Me” and “Blossom”.

The level of the award is determined by how many of those four images receive the highest possible honor: acceptance into the PPA Loan Collection, which is displayed at photographic exhibitions, conventions and other photography events. Swift was named a Bronze Medalist by earning a merit—a mark of quality and honor—for each of the four images included in her entry case to the International Photographic Competition. This is the most prestigious competition of its kind, where images are judged based on a standard of artistic excellence, not against each other.  The images are judged on 12 elements: Impact, Technical Excellence, Creativity, Style, Composition, Presentation, Color Balance, Center of Interest, Lighting, Subject Matter, Technique and Storytelling.
