As an award-winning Boston Metrowest baby photographer, I specialize in studio and on-location baby photography sessions throughout Sudbury, Framingham, and across Massachusetts. Whether you’re celebrating a first birthday with a cake smash session or want timeless baby portraits, I’ll create images you’ll treasure forever.
I offer two session types designed to fit your needs:
Standard Session – Includes your photography session, with the option to purchase prints, wall art, and products separately from your private online gallery.
Digital Session – An all-inclusive experience with a set number of high-resolution digital files included, plus a discount on any additional prints or products you order.
You can choose between a 30-minute session for quick milestone portraits or a full one-hour session for more variety, multiple outfits, and additional setups.
During booking, I’ll guide you through everything—from selecting the perfect timing and outfits to tips that make your baby’s session fun and stress-free.

MINI STUDIO SESSION
Session Fee Only | $150
- 30 minute portrait session in our Sudbury Studio (up to 3 people)
- $25 per additional people limited to 3 children or family members (larger families are required to book a full hour)
- For children 6 months and up only – – No newborns can be photographed for minis since they take at least 1.5 hours
- No prints or digital files are included with the session fee
- *$250 order minimum*
- Plus 6.25 MA Sales Tax
MINI STUDIO SESSION
Digital Option | $450
- 30 minute portrait session in our Sudbury Studio (up to 3 people).
- $25 per additional people limited to 3 children or family members (larger families are required to book a full hour)
- For children 6 months and up only – – No newborns can be photographed for minis since they take at least 1.5 hours
- Includes 7 high resolution digital images of your choice that will be sent via an online download gallery.
- 20% off any additional products offered with the Digital Session.

- Unlimited poses and images taken during that time.
- Session fee is for time for the shoot, no portraits or digital files are included.

Booking Your Baby Session
To reserve your session date, a 50% retainer of the session fee is required at the time of booking. This ensures your date is secured on our calendar. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash for your convenience. The remaining balance is due immediately following your session.
Viewing Your Images
Within two weeks of your session, you’ll receive a beautiful online slideshow (full hour sessions only) and private ordering gallery featuring 40–50 fully color-corrected images in both color and black & white. You’re also welcome to schedule an in-studio ordering appointment if you prefer.
For families traveling from outside the Sudbury, Framingham, or greater Boston area (many come from 30+ miles away), our online gallery makes it easy to view your images and order your favorite prints, wall art, and keepsakes from the comfort of home. Grandparents and extended family can also access the gallery to order their favorites directly.
Placing Your Order
We kindly ask that all orders be placed within the 2-week online gallery window to ensure timely processing. Once your order and payment are received, your finished products will be ready in approximately 7 days to 4 weeks, depending on the items selected. Detailed ordering instructions will be included in your gallery for a smooth and easy process.

Studio Policies – Paula Swift Photography | Sudbury, MA
At Paula Swift Photography, we want every client to have an enjoyable, stress-free experience and receive beautiful, heirloom-quality portraits to treasure for years to come. Below are our studio policies to help guide you through the process and ensure the best possible session outcome.
1️⃣ Minimum Portrait Investment
There is a minimum portrait investment requirement for all portrait sessions (excluding digital-only sessions). This ensures that every session results in high-quality printed products or digital images designed to be cherished for generations.
2️⃣ Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon placing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash for your convenience.

Session fees cover the photographer’s time, talent, and expertise during your session and do not apply toward your final order.
3️⃣ Photography During Sessions
I love when families are excited about their session! Quick behind-the-scenes snaps are welcome, but please keep it brief and avoid stepping in front of my camera while I’m shooting.
This helps to keep the session flowing naturally and ensures I can capture the best moments for you.
4️⃣ Session Details

Each standard portrait session includes up to one hour of photography time (unless otherwise specified).

Sessions include an unlimited number of poses and images to give you a wide variety to choose from.

You’ll receive 40–50 proofs from a full session or around 25 proofs from a mini session, presented via a private online slideshow with music approximately 14–17 days after your session.

Every image is professionally color balanced and retouched for minor blemish removal.
5️⃣ Ordering Timeline & Image Storage

Orders must be placed within 14 days (2 weeks) of your online proof gallery being posted.

Sessions with no orders placed within 30 days will be deleted from our system.

Only ordered images are kept on file for up to one year. After that time, files are archived with no guaranteed retrieval.

Orders can be placed online or by scheduling an in-studio ordering appointment within your 14-day ordering period.
6️⃣ Copyright & Image Usage
Paula Swift Photography, Inc. retains full copyright on all images. Scanning, copying, screenshotting, or downloading images without purchase is strictly prohibited and illegal.
Digital files are available for purchase for personal use only. Thank you for respecting our artistry and the livelihood of our family business.
Tip: Booking your session early ensures availability and gives you ample time to view, select, and order your portraits before deadlines.
