Boston Family Photographer | Public Gardens Session

It was amazing seeing this family again and to see how much their beautiful daughters had grown in a short time.
I also got to meet their adorable fluffy snuggly new puppy too.
We had a gorgeous fall day for their session at the Boston Public Gardens, finally after all the rain we had this past year.
We did a mixture of posed and candid moments to capture fun and storytelling moments. That’s when genuine smiles appear and helps to keep the session stress-free and alive.

Springtime Photography Session in Framingham

Spring is a wonderful time of year to have your outdoor photography session. One of the local parks I offer sessions at has gorgeous blossom trees right at the leaves start to appear on the trees.

I’ve been photographing this beautiful family since their first daughter was a newborn.

What an honor to be part of their family photographic history each year as their family has grown to now 5.
The sisters are so much fun and have the cutest personalities, that shine through each image.

It was so nice seeing this family again as they welcomed a 2nd child, a baby girl who was just as sweet as her big brother. We had amazing light and the foliage was at it’s peak at the Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain. The all had the best smiles and I think enjoyed being photographed. We are very fortunate in Massachusetts to have a mixture of maples which foliage peaks in mid October to oaks which tends to show their peak colors in late October into early November. The arboretum which is just outside of Boston is a beautiful location for fall portraits and to allow children to have room to roam during their session without a lot of crowds of people.

When mom, the matriarch of this adorable family contacted me to book family portraits in a fun way and told me her idea, I was all over it. Her family was moving from Boston, the city to a local town that was way more “country” then Boston ever will be and she wanted to show this in her family portraits. I loved the outfits they wore, down to mom’s amazing heels and the props they brought which included rake, hoe, martini glass and the boys’ atv. I knew the perfect location for their session, the Wayside Inn. With permission from the Wayside Inn and the $25 donation to shoot on their grounds, we were all set for their session. They had just adopted a new puppy which was the last perfect piece for their fun family portraits. Warning…you may start humming the theme from “Green Acres” while viewing their portraits.
