• Standard – session fee + a la carte products

MINI SENIOR SESSION
Session Fee Only | $150
- 30 minute Outdoor Portrait in Sudbury/Framingham or in Studio Session
- One Senior Only
- Unlimited poses taken during that time/ One Outfit/ One Location
- Session fee is for time for the shoot – no prints or digital files are included with the session fee
- *$325 order minimum*
- Plus 6.25 MA Sales Tax
- Wayside Inn Grist Mill sessions please add $25 for shooting fee donation to go to Wayside Inn
MINI SENIOR SESSION
Digital Option | $450
- 30 minute Outdoor Portrait in Sudbury/Framingham or in Studio Session
- One Senior Only
- Unlimited poses taken during that time/ One Outfit/ One Location
- Includes 5 high resolution digital images of your choice that will be sent via an online download gallery.
- 20% off any additional products offered with the Digital Session
- Wayside Inn Grist Mill sessions please add $25 for shooting fee donation to go to Wayside Inn
FULL HOUR OUTDOOR OR STUDIO SENIOR SESSION
Session Fee Only | $225
- 1 hour in our Sudbury studio or outdoors within 10 miles of Sudbury/ Framingham.
- Unlimited poses taken during that time/ Multiple Outfits/ One Location
- Session fee is for time for the shoot, no portraits or digital files are included.
- *$450 order minimum*
- You can add on a family session for an additional $50 for up to 6 members of your family. This is a great option to add on siblings.
- Plus 6.25 MA Sales Tax

Senior Session Information – Paula Swift Photography
At Paula Swift Photography, I love creating timeless, authentic portraits that capture your personality and celebrate this milestone in your life. While most sessions take place in the Sudbury and Framingham area, I’m happy to travel for unique outdoor locations. Whether you’re dreaming of a beach session, a Boston city vibe, or a special spot more than 10 miles from my studio, travel can be arranged for an additional fee—just ask for details when booking.
Booking Your Senior Session
To reserve your session date, a 50% retainer of the session fee is required. I accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Once your retainer is received, your session date is officially confirmed. The remaining balance will be due shortly after your session takes place.
Viewing Your Images
Within two weeks of your session, you’ll receive a beautifully curated slideshow and an online gallery featuring 40–50 professionally edited images in both color and black & white. You’re welcome to schedule an in-studio viewing and ordering appointment, or—if you’re traveling from 30+ miles away—you can take advantage of my convenient two-week online ordering gallery. This allows you and your family to review your portraits at your own pace, and it’s easy to share access with grandparents and relatives who may want to order their favorites too.
Placing Your Order
To ensure timely delivery of your custom artwork, I kindly ask that all orders be placed within the two-week ordering window. Depending on the products selected, final orders are ready in 7 days to 4 weeks. All ordering details and timelines will be clearly outlined in your private gallery system.
Studio Policies – Paula Swift Photography
At Paula Swift Photography, I strive to create a fun, relaxed, and professional experience for every client. To ensure a smooth process and the highest quality portraits, please review the following studio policies before your session.
Minimum Investment
A minimum portrait investment is required for all portrait sessions unless otherwise noted (Digital Sessions excluded).
Payment
Full payment is due at the time you place your order. I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash for your convenience.
Session Fees
Session fees cover the time, talent, and expertise provided during your photography session. They are not applied toward your portrait order.
Session Length & Image Proofs

Each full session includes up to one hour of shooting time (unless otherwise specified).

You can expect to see 40–50 professionally edited proofs from full sessions, or 25 proofs from mini sessions, presented in your online gallery within 14–17 days.

Every image is carefully color-corrected and lightly retouched for minor blemishes.
Ordering & Deadlines

Orders must be placed within 14 days (2 weeks) of your gallery being posted.

Sessions without orders after 30 days are permanently deleted from our system.

Only purchased images are archived and kept on file for up to 1 year. After that, images are moved to long-term storage with no guarantee of retrieval.

You may order online or schedule an in-studio ordering appointment during your 14-day window.
Cameras & Cell Phones
I love when families are excited about their session! Quick behind-the-scenes snaps are welcome, but please keep it brief and avoid stepping in front of my camera while I’m shooting.
This helps to keep the session flowing naturally and ensures I can capture the best moments for you.

Digital files are available for purchase and include personal use rights only.
