One of my favorite type of sessions are maternity with children!  They are so fun , unpredictable and I always love the moments I capture with moms, dads and their little ones.  This little guy was just about 2 years old and became a big brother on Easter this year. The Baby Boom continues at Paula Swift Photography…this very sweet new baby came into the studio with his adorable parents recently.  I just loved all the sleepy smiles as he fell into his deep baby slumber. It almost looked like he was laughing at times.  I just love capturing all these new and special moments of families in the Boston area. We Won! Check it Out!

Spring is in the air…well with this past few weeks of beautiful weather its felt more like summer. I think we are making up for last year’s rainy weather, thankfully. I headed up to the north shore to photograph this gorgeous family and their two beautiful baby girls. We started photographing their 6 month old daughter in their living room and capturing her baby blue eyes and very sweet smiles. Then we headed outside to do some sibling shots..okay so her big sister is a dog. We all know that pets are a big part of families so it was great that she cooperated. Her big doggie sister was so cute with her and even snuck in a kiss during the shoot. As we ended the session we headed over to a local farm; it added such a picturesque landscape. That location was a perfect ending to their session. Here are some favorites…

Another wonderful summer night for a beach session up in Maine.  Their family had welcomed a second daughter late spring, so it was wonderful to be able to capture their new family in beach session. Their oldest daughter was so much fun to photograph as she kept me and my lenses chasing after each wonder she would discover during the session. Her baby sister took a little nap in one of my baskets on the boardwalk leading to the beach… it was just beautiful and it was even more beautiful when her big sister would come running down to check on her…awwww. A perfect newborn session: the baby slept from the moment she came in to my studio loft in Framingham and her 2 big sisters were great to photograph as cuddled and peered in at her. I have been photographing this family for a few years now and they always are so easy going which allows me to capture gorgeous portraits of their girls and family. Here are some favorites…

He looks like a little man in his outfit and scully cap which matched my baby carriage just perfectly. This is my second time photographing this cute family and they are such a joy to capture. Can his little smiles be any cuter?
