When booking please pick 2 preferred dates. One will be your main session date and the second will be your back-up rain date.

What a sweet, sweet baby this little girl was to photograph in my Framingham photo studio. She gave us few smirks as she fell asleep and was so easy to photograph in those sleepy newborn poses. Her parents were wonderful to photograph as well, so relaxed throughout the session. I loved dad’s tattoos and took advantage of documenting them in dramatic studio lighting with his new baby girl. I could photograph new babies and their families all day long. Its just wonderful to have the opportunity to capture them this young, because as we know they change and grow so fast. This cutie came in for one of my mini sessions and gave me the best expressions, just the cutest personality. She would go from laughter to tears and back to laughter with smiles with in seconds. She’s one of those babies that just make you smile and say awwwww. 6 months….such a fun age to photograph in the studio. Here are some favorites from her mini session…

I’ve had an exciting past 7 days and need time to catch up … but wanted to share another exciting thing.

I was surprised that little old me was contacted by FotoFlock by Epson to be interviewed as their Featured Photographer. “FotoFlock is India’s first community photography portal. FotoFlock aims at educating amateur and advanced amateur level photographers and showcasing the work of top photographers from across the globe.” It was a complete honor to be featured with likes of Joyce Tenneson , Brian Smith and many other well known incredible photographers. Kadambari Khaire Ghate from FotoFlock had great interview questions that made me really think about my work , where I’ve been and how far I have come from being a Photojournalist to a Portrait Photographer. Look at this beautiful teddy ” Bear” baby boy..he was just so adorable. His big sister who is just about 1.5 years old was so loving with him..kissing, hugging and holding his hands. I just love capturing moments like this for families. I have been photographing this growing family for a few years now and they are just so relaxed during all the sessions , which so is key to being able to creating these images for them. We had lots of fun trying on new hats that I have been buying for all these new babies I have been photographing..I think Bear has a future in modeling. It was so great to meet this family’s new baby boy. I did their maternity session in the fall and their beautiful son arrived this winter. His brother was so cute with him and I could tell he was so proud to be a big brother. Their new baby boy was so sweet as he slept and even gave us a few of those sleepy smiles. It was a bit chilly outside when I met this beautiful senior for her outdoor portion of her senior session. She brought along a perfect wintery coat for her session. It went great with the wintery scenery and accented her features wonderfully. We headed over the studio for a more fashion style shoot. She was so much fun to photograph. Announcing Mini Theme Sessions… We’ve done these before but not for a few years. I don’t even think we had a blog the last time we had theme minis as I looked back in the archives

This is great for babies sitting on their own up to 6 year olds ( 6 months minimum age). Feel free to incorporate any of your own “attic” or personal props. Props will be geared for little boys and little girls changing them a bit to fit the child’s age. Paula will discuss clothing ideas that will work with the theme set once the session is booked.

Here is what was captured of Mr. Logan, 2.5 in about 20 minutes. Lots of fun and cute keepsakes of this little boy. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I have a one page feature in The Bump magazine recently. Here is copy of the page and image that was featured. The Bump magazine is great resource for the mom and dad-to-be. Check it out if you are expecting. Lots of fun stuff and information for expectant and new parents.

It was wonderful seeing this family again to photograph their children for the holidays. We lucked out with a very warm November afternoon and they had beautiful fall foliage in their yard. The youngest daughter was so much fun to photograph…full of personality and her “play” outfit was stylish and fun. Here are some favorites…
