Happy New Year….can’t believe 2009 will be over in hours. Looking forward to a fun and exciting 2010 … along with lots of blogging to catch up on. So many great sessions from these past few months to catch up on. Almost seems cruel to share a beach session while its 30 degrees and snowing out…hahaha. I’ll wait until its colder.

So I’d thought I share one of my little inspirations who is not so little anymore. I had to go to the studio today for a bit, so we stopped to take a few fun photos in the snow on our way back. Happy Holidays everyone! As the year comes to an end I wanted to share a session with a very special baby boy and his parents. Stay tuned for lots more sessions from the past fall.

Meet a miracle baby boy…James has been through a lot in his short life but you would never know it. He is the sweetest baby boy who is blessed with incredibly strong parents….even his cries were so sweet. We met at my Framingham studio loft for their session where Baby James cooed, smiled and even took a little “baby nap” under the lights. Here are some favorites from their session…

What can be more fun than playing in the leaves while having your photos taken. I am still showcasing sessions from that same gorgeous October foliage week. I had the opportunity to capture these four beautiful sisters outdoors in the leaves before the foliage was gone. I shot quick as mom helped me get them in place in the path that had now been covered in leaves. These girls are old pros now for my sessions..they take direction prefectly. Here are some favorites…

I just love photographing this family..their children are so cute. Their oldest I have been photographing since he was just a baby and now he has a little sister who is just about 4 months old. There was about a week this fall where the foliage colors were just gorgeous. On this morning beautiful fall morning the leaves were vibrant and the family was filled with fun. Their little girl was full of personality and their little boy as sweet as can be. Mom and Dad just followed my lead and played with their children in the leaves and throwing them in the air. A fun session for me. Here are some favorites…

First I apologize how outdated my blog has become. This fall has been crazy busy..which is a blessing, but my blog gets neglected when I shoot so much. I will be updating a lot of sessions from late this summer and fall over the next month.

Now onto this precious baby girl’s newborn session. She was oh so sweet and so sleepy during her session…perfect for a newborn session. I ventured to her beautiful home in Central Massachusetts and was able to utilize a natural setting in their living room. I love to photograph new parents and watch them as they hold their first child during their sessions. Its just such a special time in their lives and I feel honored to be able to capture their new family for them. Here are some favorites…

What a beautiful morning filled with gorgeous fall colors it was for this family’s photography session. They had traveled from a very warm climate for this session so I was relieved it was some what warm for them that day…50s. Though I am sure that was a bit chilly for them. Their daughters were so much fun to photograph as they played in the bright colored leaves, held hands while watching the ducks in the pond and discovering all the sites the Public Gardens has to offer. I believe this was the girls’ first time seeing fall foliage in person. I just love sessions like these where my photojournalism experience comes into play to capture/document a family and their children in a fun and stress-free way.
