2007 Year in Review | Paula Swift Photography

This the first time Paula Swift Photography has created a year in review slideshow. It was a time consuming task but a fun one. It was great to remember all the wonderful people I had met and photographed this past year. All the fleeting moments I was invited to capture. Those beautiful children who had no idea what they were in for when I arrived. All the fun and unexpected times that was I able to document and helped to create lasting memories was just incredible to remember.

So if you have some time…
sit back and enjoy the 2007 YEAR IN REVIEW SLIDESHOW

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Bedford Photographer | Boston Children’s Photographer

I had the opportunity to photograph 3 beautiful sisters in their home during the holiday season. The Christmas tree coupled with the scenic window where you could see some recent snow in their yard offered a nice holiday backdrop for the session. The older 2 girls were great fun and kept me on the go as my eyes chanced them with my cameras, while their sweet little sister took it all in. Here are some favorites…

Another wonderful in studio family session. The 2 year old boy was just so proud of his new little sister and did so well during his session. He lasted much longer than the typical two year old… which usually isn’t any longer than 20 minutes. I was able to document sweet moments between the two siblings. The family was very at ease in front of my cameras as I captured beautiful portraits of their new addition to their family. Here are some favorites…

Holiday Photo Session Framingham | Boston Children’s Photographer

What do you get when you put 4.5yr old, 2 yr old and 8 month old boys together… a stressful shoot of the Swift Boys. Oh boy… I think I needed some audio for this one. I get the opportunity to capture fun images of my clients’ children but when it comes to my own 3 boys…I get the the crying, the tantrums, the screaming ( mostly from their mom) and of course when you get 3 boys together the fighting. I definitely captured something for our card but I need to showcase some fun out takes from the session so you can really appreciate what it took to get the shot. Next year we will hopefully get outdoors because the youngest one will be on the go by then. Thanks for looking and Hapy Holidays to all of you!

Stow Photographer MA | Breast Cancer Survivor Portraits

Here is another special woman and her sweet son. They were a pleasure to photograph and even took me to their favorite place for some portraits. I was in awe of the strength and will she has. I feel very blessed to have met these strong women thorugh these Think Pink Photography sessions who have been through much with breast cancer and persevere day in and day out. Here are some favorites.

Concord MA Photographer | Breast Cancer Survivor Portraits | Think Pink

I recently joined an organization that offers complimentary sessions to women and men who are fighting and surviving breast cancer. I had my first 2 sessions last week and man were these women incredible. My first session took place in studio because we though it would be a bit too cold out for sessions..but then moved outdoors to a local park once I saw the gorgeous colors out there. I am so glad we did …these fall colors will help her remember this triumphant day. Peggy wanted to celebrate her last day of treatement ( the day before) with portraits. She was so much fun and let me do my thing. I even had her laying in leaves…but the images of her with her arms raised to the dark clouds and screaming out with leaves thrown in the air I feel just captured this moment in her life perfectly. Photographs really can tell a 1000 words like they say. Here are some favorites of a very special woman.

I love when I get a chance to photograph little girls, as a mom to 3 boys its my only chance to capture the cute dresses, dances and frills. This family was great and very patient during their session. I just loved the leggings mom brought for the girls and we used some of my pettiskirts which were perfect for their dances under the lights. The youngest one lost it during the session but she bounced back pretty quickly as you will see in my blog post . Here are some favorites…

Fall Family Session Boston | Westborough Photographer

What a great afternoon fall session. The children enjoyed a special trail they spend a lot of time at with their parents. I really loved this area was a perfect setting for their fall family portrait session. Here are some favorites.

It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to photograph this family again this year. We started at the mill for a nice outdoor session and then a few days later I came to their home for family traditional portraits. I loved seeing how much their daughter had grown in just a year. Here are some favorites from both of their sessions.

You can tell when these brothers and sisters all get together they have a lot of fun. Here are some favorites from their session.
