A little background on me; I was staff photojournalist at the Worcester Telegram and Gazette in Worcester, Mass. from 1995-2005. I started my photography business in 2004 and opened my photography studio in 2006. I hold two College degrees in photography as well many awards in photojournalism and portrait photography. My photography specialties include, maternity portraits, newborn photography, baby photos, children lifestyle photography, family portraiture, couples photography, high school senior portraits and sports photography. Paula Swift Photography, Inc. studio is located in Framingham, Mass. and I travel throughout New England for on location portraits and beach sessions.
I am a proud member of the Professional Photographers Association of Massachusetts where I am a board member at large and a member Professional Photographers of America. I feel its important to keep update on the ever changing field of photography and continue to educate my talent and skills through these professional memberships.

Our little Trevor is turning one….
Wow …its been a year already. It seems just like yesterday I was doing maternity portraits with some of you while being pregnant myself. Trevor will be ONE on July 21st. Thought I would share his birthday card image with you all, since you have heard so much about him. He’s such a little guy but just started crawling.. so watch out big brother because he can now get to all of your toys.
It was only 93 degrees out..so what better way to enjoy the heat than an engagement session in the heart of Boston.
3rd time’s a charm…it was finally a go after rescheduling twice. Thanks for bearing the heat Maegan and Mike..you two came out beautifully in these fun portraits. Here’s a sneak peek. There are so many more.

Those are the words I woke up to as Ryan my 3 year old jumped in bed at 7:30am. He proceded to sing: “Rain, Rain, Go Away so I can go to Truck Day”. Poor thing was looking forward to the town’s annual Truck Day which was canceled due to rain. How much more can we get?
Well here is a recent image of the boys playing with my baby carriage, that is 35 yrs old. A new prop for me. Thanks mom. This photo was taken when the sun was out a few weekends ago in Ocean Park, Maine.

Welcome Ethan …Born May 6th, 2006 just in time for his first Mother’s Day. Here is Ethan photographed at 4 weeks old.
What do you get when you mix a 3 year old and fingerpainting….a huge mess and lots of fun photos.
